Robin Segbers, Senior Consultant
Insights Leader. Brand Strategist. Sports Fan.
Robin has over 20 years of experience helping healthcare organizations realize their brand’s full potential. With a background in brand and marketing research and strategy, she is known for delivering the ‘Aha moment’ that reframes marketing challenges into opportunities. Her analytical and insightful approach equips organizations with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve their goals. Robin’s approach is to help organizations align their operational strategies and marketing strategies to deliver on their brand promise.
Robin started her career in packaged goods as marketing manager for the J. M. Smucker Company. While it was excellent training ground for a ‘marketing MBA’ type, she realized her passion for learning and creating change wasn’t being fulfilled. That changed when she was introduced to healthcare marketing with a leading advertising agency in Cleveland, Ohio. Robin has worked with health systems throughout the U.S. ranging from small community hospitals to large academic medical centers in major metropolitan markets. She has also worked with the Ohio Department of Health and The Ohio Department of Medicaid conducting market research to support programs under the Affordable Care Act.
Robin holds her Master of Business Administration from Ohio State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
While Robin appears mild mannered, she is also an avid sports fan. As a native Clevelander now living in Virginia Beach, you can typically find her screaming or cheering at a TV wearing her favorite jersey whether that’s Browns, Cavs, Indians or Buckeyes.
