As Antonella Bonanni, CMO at Cognizant, points out in her recently published article, “Why Disdain for Healthcare is Good for the Industry,” the expectations of Millinneals and Gen Z are different from generations before – and with Millennials set to become the largest generation in the U.S. sometime this year, their expectations matter.
“The digital technologies most patients—from Baby Boomers to Generation Z—want are available and ready for implementation. It’s just a matter of adopting the new digital communication, information and engagement methods,” Bonanni said.
