Building Teams: Performance and Potential

Arkansas Children’s utilized a 9-box model (below) to measure both performance and potential for each team member. Not only was the 9-box a part of their initial transformation, but Arkansas Children’s now uses it annually to measure how team members are performing and their potential for further growth.
